Disclaimer Notice: Impersonation and fraudulent acts

It has come to our recent attention that some perpetrators are passing themselves off as representatives or being affiliated with Spenmo Group . They have been appropriating parts of our Spenmo Group brand identity, and our office addresses with the intent to defraud and mislead unsuspecting members of the public. 

One of the platforms being used by such perpetrators is WhatsApp wherein a SPENMO.apk file is made available to download. When downloaded, it reflects as in the victim’s mobile device which we understand poses as an investment scheme under the organisation “Spenmo Asset Management”.  Additionally, there may be other forums or materials being circulated / used by these perpetrators.

We want to clarify that Spenmo Group does not operate any investment or earning platforms, whether online or onsite. We do not solicit for nor accept money from anyone for investments or to participate in trading activities of any kind. 

Spenmo Group hereby expressly disclaims their involvement in these activities. The general public should take note as anyone who engages, directly or indirectly, or through any other platform or material promoted by these perpetrators does so at their own risk.
